Hey anon, first of all, thank you for the message. I’m not that disappointed with the finale, but it’s definitely one of my least favorite Mentalist finales. It’s probably have nothing to do with the finale itself. It just this season is probably my least favorite season because of some reasons. Mainly because I don’t like the way they handle Red John clues and some wasted information.
But saying all that reasons are probably a lie to myself. I admit that my love for this show has been decreasing for this year. It’s probably not the show’s fault. Probably I’m too preoccupied with other shows which in this season actually perform, in term of plot wise, better than Mentalist (definitely my personal opinion).
And just right before Mentalist finale, I just really got into two shows that literally took over my head and heart. So those shows are the only thing that occupied my mind. I hope though… when these shows kindly leave my mind, I will rewatch this season and see if I can find any urge to make Mentalist gifs like I used to. But do not worry, anon! We have plenty amazing people on fandom who will never tired to feed our Mentalist gif needs!
